Subject: Extension to Submission Date.

Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble submission you that I, (YOUR NAME), NIV No: ……………have applied Family Reunion Visa. I have received a Visa enrollment receipt on 14/03/2021 and showing to remission with submission the Police Clearance Certificate, Passport GD copy, Translate Paper within 31 March, 2021. But I could not show the papers on that date. Because at this time Spain had a 4 day public holiday. On 17/05/2021 5.00 p.m I got a call from Spain embassy (028881925).

But I am saying to sorrow that I am not Pick up the phone. I therefore, pray and hope please let me know again the time of departure by mobile or email. I am emailing but no reply. Now please let me know when I will be at the embassy.
