Digital Bangladesh
Digital Bangladesh is the
most pronounced phrase in our country. Digital Bangladesh means digitalizing
Bangladesh by ensuring an ICT bases society where information will be available
online. The motto of digital Bangladesh is to establish technology based
digital governance, e-commerce, e-agriculture, e-production, e-education etc.
If we can establish a digital Bangladesh. Corruption will be reduced radically.
It will make people think globally and connect them with the whole world
economically, socially, politically, academically and even culturally. It will
improve our banking and financial activities, Agriculture, health, education, commerce-all
the sections will be highly benefited by making Bangladesh a digital one.
Corruption is the main hindrance to digitalization since the amount of money
allotted for this not utilized with proper planning lack of ICT skills and
self-consciousness, nepotism and so on are also the impediment to
digitalization. To sort out these problems and make our country digital. We
have to take necessary steps. Firstly, we need to develop computer network
skill and ensure equitable access. Besides, it is needed to give extra value to
those who are ICT skilled. Finally, our education should be computer based.
Access to information through the use of technology to ensure accountability
and transparency is key to Digital Bangladesh.
